* gnu/packages/python-xyz.scm (python-duckdb): Update to 1.3.2.
  [arguments] <tests?>: Disable for now due to guix/guix#1436.
  <phases>: Remove 'set-version.
  [native-inputs]: Remove python-google-cloud-storage, python-pyarrow,
  python-pytest, and python-pytest-runner.
