* gnu/packages/patches/dblatex-remove-multirow.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
* gnu/packages/docbook.scm (dblatex)[source]: Use patch.
[inputs]: Replace "texlive" with a texlive-union.
