Christopher Baines 5dcfe798f4 gnu: Remove python-slimit. ...

This is no longer used by python-django-pipeline and it fails to build, I
think due to incompatibility with recent Python versions.

* gnu/packages/python-web.scm (python-slimit): Remove.
