[source]: Use GIT-FETCH and GIT-FILE-NAME.
Add a patch to build against efivar@37.
* gnu/packages/patches/efibootmgr-remove-extra-decl.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
