* gnu/packages/patches/idris-disable-test.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
* gnu/packages/idris.scm (idris): Update to 1.3.3.
[source]: Use the patch.
[native-inputs]: Add ghc-cheapskate.
[arguments]: Adjust cheapskate version bounds.  Make auxiliary test script
executable.
