[build-system]: Swap to pyproject-build-system.
[propagated-inputs]: Remove python-idna and python-service-identity; add
python-hyperlink and python-typing-extensions.
[native-inputs]: Add python-httpbin, python-pytest,
python-service-identity, python-setuptools, and python-wheel.
