Greg Hogan 912cb917b8 gnu: aws-sdk-cpp: Enable text-to-speech library. 
* gnu/packages/cpp.scm (aws-sdk-cpp)[inputs]: Add pulseaudio dependency
so that text-to-speech library is included in the build.
