* gnu/packages/version-control.scm (qgit): Update to 2.13.
[source]<patches>: Remove qgit-2.13-fix-search-style.patch.
* gnu/packages/patches/qgit-2.13-fix-search-style.patch: Remove file.
* gnu/local.mk: Deregister it.
