'patch-build-system; fix substitution of "which" executable; remove
'enable-parallel-build; remove custom 'check phase; add 'pre-check phase.
[propagated-inputs]: Add python-matplotlib.
[native-inputs]: Replace python-cython with python-cython-0.29.35.
