* gnu/packages/python-check.scm (python-green): Rework custom phases.
[arguments] <test-flags>: Add portion of tests.
[phases]{check}: Run tests with installed "green" command.
[native-inputs]: Remove python-mypy, python-testtools, and python-wheel.
