* gnu/bootloader.scm (%warn-target-field-deprecation): Remove it.
* gnu/bootloader.scm (warn-target-field-deprecation): Use
define-with-syntax-properties.
* gnu/system.scm (ensure-setuid-program-list): Ditto.  Also rename the
'location' variable to 'properties'.
