[inputs]: Remove go-github-com-jbenet-goprocess and
go-go-uber-org-multierr; add go-github-com-miekg-dns,
go-github-com-probe-lab-go-libdht,
go-go-opentelemetry-io-otel-exporters-prometheus, and
go-go-opentelemetry-io-otel-sdk-metric.
