Yelninei 4a30b9da78 gnu: bison: Link with pthread on the Hurd. 
* gnu/packages/bison.scm (bison): Add LIBS=-lphtread on the Hurd.
* gnu/packages/commencement.scm (bison-boot0): Strip configure-flags.
