Ludovic Courtès ca81317389 shepherd: Remove ‘make-forkexec-constructor/container’. 
This was superseded by ‘least-authority-wrapper’.

* gnu/build/shepherd.scm (read-pid-file/container)
(make-forkexec-constructor/container): Remove.
