* gnu/packages/patches/go-github-com-urfave-cli-v2-fix-tests.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Register it.
* gnu/packages/golang.scm (go-github-com-urfave-cli-v2)[origin]: Apply it.
