* gnu/services/telephony.scm (jami-configuration->command-line-arguments)
[wrapper]: New procedure.
Use it.
(jami-shepherd-services): In ‘start’ method of ‘jami’ service, use
‘fork+exec-command’ instead of ‘make-forkexec-constructor/container’.
Remove use of (gnu build shepherd).
