Update and fix broken references to cuirass, git, and guix-cookbook.

* doc/htmlxref.cnf: Update from Texinfo.  Factorize Guix manuals.
(cuirass, git, guix-cookbook, guix-cookbook.de, guix-cookbook.fr): New
entries.
