[propagated-inputs]: Remove.
[properties]: Remove.
(python2-websocket-client): Remove variable.
(python-websocket-client-0.59): New variable.
* gnu/packages/docker.scm (docker-compose)[inputs]: Change from
PYTHON-WEBSOCKET-CLIENT to PYTHON-WEBSOCKET-CLIENT-0.59.
