* gnu/packages/make-bootstrap.scm (%gcc-static): Use gcc-14.  Update to use
G-Expressions.
[inputs]: Remove libstdc++ and libstdc++-headers.
(%gcc-stripped): Use gcc-14.
[inputs, native-inputs]: Clear fields.
