* gnu/packages/cpp.scm (cpplint): Update to 2.0.2.
[phases]{patch-build-system, reduce-GUIX_PYTHONPATH,
reset-GUIX_PYTHONPATH}: Remove phases
{fix-pytest-config}: New phase.
[native-inputs]: Remove python-parameterized, python-pytest-cov,
python-pytest-runner, and python-wheel.
