[arguments]: Run the test suite.
[native-inputs]: Add python-pytest, python-pytest-cov, python-pytest-flake8,
python-pytest-isort, python-pytest-runner, python-waitress.
[propagated-inputs]: Remove python-requests. Add python-dateutil,
python-defusedxml, python-passlib, python-vobject.
