* gnu/packages/linux.scm (efibootmgr): Update to 18.
[source]: Delete snippet, modules and patches fields.
* gnu/packages/patches/efibootmgr-remove-extra-decl.patch: Delete file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): De-register it.
