[source]: Fetch from git repository; remove snippet.
[build-system]: Use pyproject-build-system.
[arguments]: Use #:test-flags; remove all custom phases.
[native-inputs]: Add python-requests, python-setuptools, and python-wheel.
[propagated-inputs]: Remove python-six.
