宋文武 33d92fd4c7 gnu: cppawk: Fix build.

* gnu/packages/gawk.scm (cppawk)[arguments]: Don't refer to nonexistent
'build' phase.  Fix "/bin/sh" and "/usr/bin/awk" paths in test fails.
