* gnu/packages/python-web.scm (python-pycurl): Remove requirement for
pytest-xdist as tests need to be run in single threaded. No need for
Nose as main test runner is Pytest now.
[arguments]<test-flags>: Remove "--numprocesses" option.
[native-inputs]: Remove python-nose and python-pytest-xdist.
