Nikolai Weidt 25354b5874 gnu: clojure-tools: Install tools. ...

When installing clojure-tools, clojure still had no access to the
tools because they were not installed.

* gnu/packages/clojure.scm (clojure-tools)[arguments]: Install
`tools.edn'.
