Ludovic Courtès 888b64038d build: Remove -L flag when $LIBGCRYPT_LIBDIR is empty.

* config-daemon.ac: Do not add "-L$LIBGCRYPT_LIBDIR" to LIBGCRYPT_LIBS
when "$LIBGCRYPT_LIBDIR" is empty.
