Fixes a regression introduced in
211fe3f66e whereby, in inetd mode, and
when using 'bitlbee-purple', libpurple plugins would not be found.

* gnu/services/messaging.scm (bitlbee-shepherd-service): Pass
 #:preserved-environment-variables to 'least-authority-wrapper'.
