* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Register it here.
* gnu/packages/audio.scm (tao-synth)[patches]: Use it here.
[native-inputs]: Drop gcc-7.

Fixes: guix/guix#6849 (tao-synth fails to build)
