  [build-system]: Move to pyproject-build-system.
  [arguments]<#:test-flags>: Use it.
  <#:phases>: Remove uneeded field.
  [native-inputs]: Remove python-pytest-cov and python-flake8. Add
  python-setuptools, python-wheel.
