Maxim Cournoyer cbb9fab20f gnu: python-pynacl: Do not set PYTHONPATH. 
* gnu/packages/python-crypto.scm (python-pynacl): Delete trailing #t.
[arguments]: Remove the '#:modules' argument.
[phases]: Use %standard-phases.  Do not set PYTHONPATH.
