Andreas Enge 1de0afd5a5 gnu: libtiff: Build with the current libjpeg instead of libjpeg-8. 
* gnu/packages/image.scm (libtiff)[inputs]: Use libjpeg instead of libjpeg-9.
  [arguments]: Drop the now unneeded field.
