* gnu/packages/python-check.scm (python-vcrpy): Update to 6.0.2.
[build-system]: Swap to pyproject-build-system.
[arguments]<phases>: Use default 'check phase.
[native-inputs]: Remove python-black, python-coverage, python-flake8,
and python-tox; add nss-certs-for-test, python-setuptools, and
python-wheel.
