* gnu/packages/patches/python-scipy-i686.patch: Add patch.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
* gnu/packages/python-science.scm (python-scipy): Add phase to apply the patch.

Fixes guix/guix#2989
