* gnu/packages/cpp.scm (aws-crt-cpp): New variable.
* gnu/packages/patches/aws-crt-cpp-cmake-prefix.patch,
gnu/packages/patches/aws-crt-cpp-disable-networking-tests.patch: New files.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add them.
