<imported-modules>: Add pyproject-build-system-modules
<modules>: Likewise.
<phases>: Simplify 'build-python-module, and 'install-python-module.
Remove 'install-python-library.
[native-inputs]: Remove python-pypa-build and python-wheel; add maturin.
