* gnu/packages/libffi.scm (ruby-ffi): Update to 1.15.5.
[arguments]: Remove custom 'do-not-depend-on-ccache phase. Adjust custom
'remove-git-ls-files phase to changes in the code. Remove trailing #t
from phases.
