Michael Rohleder 219e0a497e gnu: taglib: Fix 'taglib-config --libs' -L flag. 
* gnu/packages/mp3.scm (taglib): Add "" around the substitution of
ZLIB_LIBRARIES_FLAGS and add "/lib".
