* guix/openpgp.scm (fxbit-set?): Change to swap arguments compared to
'bit-set?'.
* tests/openpgp.scm (%binary-sample): New test vector.
("port-ascii-armored?, #t"): Add test.
("port-ascii-armored?, #f"): Add another test.
