* gnu/system.scm (<operating-system>)[hosts-file]: New field.
  (default-/etc/hosts): New procedure.
  (etc-directory): Add #:hosts-file parameter and honor it.
  (operating-system-etc-directory): Build /etc/hosts, and pass
  it as #:hosts-file to 'etc-directory'.
