Efraim Flashner 34028a27be gnu: castor: Improve the package. ...

* gnu/packages/web.scm (castor)[arguments]: Don't install the sources.
Don't run the tests in parallel.  Remove cargo-test-flags.  Add a phase
to install the icons and .desktop file.
