* gnu/packages/python-check.scm (python-pytest-console-scripts): Update to 1.4.1.
  [build-system]: Use pyproject.
  [arguments] <tests-flags>: Skip 3 tests.
  <phases>: Use default 'check.
  [propagated-inputs]: Remove python-mock and python-pytest.
  [native-inputs]: Remove python-setuptools-scm; add
  python-pytest-bootstrap and python-setuptools.
