[propagated-inputs]: Remove labels.
[native-inputs]: Likewise.  Add autoconf-2.71, automake, gettext-minimal and
libtool.
[configure-flags]: Use gexps.
[phases]: Likewise.
(fontconfig-with-documentation): Streamline comment.
[arguments]: Use gexps.
[native-inputs]: Use modify-inputs.
[home-page]: Add missing trailing /.
