* gnu/packages/python-web.scm (python-sendgrid): Update to 6.9.7.
[build-system]: Switch to pyproject-build-system.
[propagated-inputs]: Add python-cryptography, python-flask,
python-pyyaml, python-six, and python-werkzeug.
[native-inputs]: Add python-pytest and python-setuptools.
