* gnu/packages/patches/doxygen-hurd.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
* gnu/packages/documentation.scm (doxygen)[arguments]: When building for the
Hurd, add new phase 'apply-patch' and use it.
