* gnu/packages/python-xyz.scm (python-streamtracer):
  [build-system]: Switch to pyproject-build-system.
  [arguments] <modules>: Move prefix from pyproject to cargo.
  <test-flags>: Run tests for installed module.
  [phases]{build-python-module, install-python-module,
  add-install-to-pythonpath, check-python-module}: Remove phases.
  {prepare-cargo-build-system}: New phases.
  [native-inputs]: Remove python-wrapper; add rust, and rust:cargo; add
  optional rust-sysroot.
