  [build-system]: Use pyproject.
  [argument] <test-flags>: Utilze it and rework skipped tests.
  <phases>: Use default 'check.
  [propagated-inputs]: Add python-importlib-resources and python-werkzeug.
  [native-inputs]: Add python-setuptools.
