* gnu/packages/gpodder.scm (gpodder): Update to 3.11.4.
[inputs]: Replace youtube-dl with yt-dlp.
[arguments]: Use G-expressions.  Use #$output and search-input-file instead of assoc-ref.  Remove trailing #t from phases.
