* gnu/packages/mp3.scm (python-audioread): Update to 3.0.1.
[build-system]: Use pyproject-build-system.
[propagated-inputs]: Add ffmpeg and python-pygobject.
[native-inputs]: Add gstreamer, gst-plugins-base, python-flit-core, and
python-tox; remove python-pytest-runner.
