* gnu/packages/linux.scm (make-linux-libre): Move the comment for the
configuration-file argument to the correct position.
(make-linux-libre*): Move the comment for the configuration-file argument
to the correct position.
Fix name of environment variable EXTRAVERSION.
Prepend a hyphen to the content of EXTRAVERSION.
